Mr. John C. Peters is a director of AMEMCO as well as an officer, and has been very instrumental in the structuring of the Company and the current stock offering. Mr. Peters is an attorney with extensive experience in this field. He has held positions with John C. Peters, P.C. and John C. Peters and Associates during the past five years. During that time he has always been President and CEO. The firm has represented banks, corporations and individuals and has been counsel to firms involved in private placements and public offerings. Its primary focus has been in banking, commercial and financial law. Mr. Peters is a graduate of Augustana College, B.A. cum laude, with special honors in the humanities, and the University of Michigan Law School, J.D. cum laude, in 1959. | ||

Dr. Richman has been involved with the electric outboard drive system and being a boater himself was quite impressed and agreed to join our team. Dr. Richman is not only an avid boater but is involved in many environmental projects to improve the conditions for water we drink and air we breathe. Dr. Richman has had an extensive background as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Director of Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital, Chairman of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Hartford Heart Association, Scientific Chairman of the Hartford Medical Society, Consultant in Cardiology UConn Medical School. For the past five years he has been Chief, Section of Cardiology - West Palm Beach VA Medical Center and has just recently returned to private practice. Dr. Richman's educational background is as follows; A.B.
